Design & Development

As part of our area of expertise, we do sparring with our customers all the way form idea and development phase up to the actual manufacturing process. It is often the link and process between the idea and the manufacturing that determines whether or not the final product will be a technical and economical success.

We do all design work in SolidWorks, and can handle minor FEM calculations in Cosmos.

When the design is final, we will handle documentation and manufacturing. Surface treatment , grinding and hardening can be handled as part of the delivery. It is a key issue for us to ensure that all parts are within the agreed specification, and lives op the customer’s expectations.

Redesign and reverse-engineering can be handled at the place of use, together with the customer to ensure the best possible solution.
